I've been into REI for 18 years. Having purchased my 2nd BRRR at the peak of the real estate bubble, I grew slowly up until 2020. At that time I became engaged in Bigger Pockets and all the various resources it had to offer, and it completely transformed my approach. I set a goal to achieve $10,000 monthly cash flow in 2 years and exceeded that by 6 months, also doing my first flip and starting a property management company along the way. I currently own 25 units, am slowly working through a triplex lead abatement purchase, and manage 165 units for other investors. I was successfully able to leave my W-2 to focus on real estate full time in 2022!
