About myself
I am a part time real estate investor and I am looking to build my portfolio of buy and hold rental investment properties. I currently own investment properties in Colorado and St Louis, and would like to purchase at least one more property within the next year. Experience: I have purchased and continue own a single investment property that I bought in 2010. Real Estate Goals: I am looking to acquire more investment properties beyond the one I own now. Currently Seeking: New investment opportunities.
