I am a real estate agent and an investor. After building a good deal of new construction projects at the jersey shore during the real estate boom, I have switched my focus to fix and flip, and fix and rent projects, mainly in Burlington, Camden and Glocuester counties. I will go further if the numbers work. Experience: Before the crash, I built 20 new construction condos and duplexes in Wildwood, Ocean City and Brigantine NJ. While doing that, I got my real estate license to have better access to other properties. I now work as a residential agent, and with a number of investors. I also invest myself. Real Estate Goals: Real Estate is already my full time job, and always will be. I want real estate to continue to give me more freedom, both personally and financially. Currently Seeking: Always looking to work with new investor clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. Personally, also looking for potential rehab projects that will eventually be resold to the end user, or help as a rental.
