I work with my husband, Damon. We purchased our first 4 unit in 2003... and currently we have 65+ units and multiple parcels of vacant land. We also co-own and manage Damon's family business in it's 4th generation, a 160+ site campground and seasonal cottage rentals in Canadohta Lake, PA. We are members of our local apartment owner's association and I have been on the board of directors since 2019. We love investing in our local towns and improving homes in neighborhoods that have been ignored for too long. I am also a licensed real estate salesperson.
