I moved to Colorado at age 23 after graduating from Umass Amherst. I bought my first property at 24, lived in it while fixing it up and turned it into a rental. Met my wife a few years later and began adding rentals as we could. We have since ventured into the Kansas City, MO and Huntsville, AL markets. I attend occasional meetups in Golden when I can. Always looking to connect with those we can trust, those we can help and those we can learn more from.
