I work full time outside of real estate about 50 hours a week. Our family is looking to invest locally to generate cash flow. Experience: We have sold a total of 3 investment properties. Each one was a bit different. One we rented, one we flipped the last one we lived. Recently we have bought an income producing property which we have a home on, which is the only property we hold at this time.
