I am new to REI but am looking forward to our first transaction. Initially we'd like to do a wholesale buy and sell to generate some savings. But a Flip is not out of the question. Currently we are looking to build our Team that will help and support us in our ventures. If you have any recommendations for Lawyers, CPA's and Realtors I'd love to hear about them.
