I have been a private lender for over 10 years and am the managing partner of Carolina Private Lending LLC, a hard money lender focused on the Charlotte and Raleigh markets of North Carolina. I love this business, and look forward to leveraging every day my team's almost 20 years cumulative experience in underwriting and funding private mortgage loans for real estate investors and our whole note investors. We bring our borrowers and investors the wisdom that only comes from years of hard earned experience. For our borrowers, the Carolina Private Lending team fills a critical need - quick funding decisions and closings, with an emphasis on responsiveness, speed and efficiency. For our investors, Carolina Private Lending offers the opportunity to potentially earn high yields investing in real estate loans secured by trust deeds, with loan servicing by Carolina Private Lending. When I am not focused on Carolina Private Lending, I love spending time with my amazing family, playing tennis with a good friend, hitting the court for my weekly Sunday night basketball game, or white water kayaking the beautiful rivers of North Carolina.
