Hi there! My name is Billy, I'm still relatively new to the real estate game and I'm hoping to grow in the industry in some way. I currently own a section 8 rental house in South Bend and also rent out rooms in my personal dwelling. My objective is to have full time income from this industry. Whether it is passive or more active I truly dont know yet. My dream is to make millions someday but live off of less than 30k a year and give away as much as I can to enable others to reach their own dreams!
