Billy Davidson

I was born and raised in Ventura, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Lutheran University. I moved to LA where I obtained my CPA license and worked for a Big 4 Accounting Firm for three years. I specialized within the real estate sector while working as a CPA and gained knowledge on how real estate can create financial freedom. In 2019, I purchased my first home in Ventura County and found my passion for real estate. From there I also acquired two additional investment properties and want to help others dive into the world of real estate. I strive to provide every client with the utmost customer service. My enthusiasm, as well as my work ethic, makes me stand out among the number of real estate agents in Southern California. I find pure joy in creating, building, and maintaining relationships with my clients. The network that I bring to the team provides many resources that give confidence to any customer that the job will get done. I would love to help anyone within Ventura County and surrounding regions. In my free time, you will catch me surfing, golfing, listening to RE podcasts, hanging with friends, or working out.
