About myself
I am a new investor currently living in the San Francisco bayarea. I own one home and looking to increase my real estate portfolio. Ideally I want a positive cashing flowing unit with appreciation potential. I don't want to rush into anything so right now I am researching and trying to build my team (Contractors, Agents, Lawyer, ect) and determine the right buy.
