Ben Pham

Hello BiggerPockets community, my name is Binh Pham, but I prefer to go by Ben. I am a resident of of Austin, TX of over 3 decades. I came from a family that revolve our lives around real estate investing. Before the real estate bubble in 2008, we had an appraiser, broker, loan officer and general contractor all under one roof. So, you can say that real estate investing is in my DNA. I love real estate and the unlimited opportunities it offers. Currently, I am a software developer for GM by day, and a internet sales manager for Rockland Flooring by night. At Rockland Flooring, I have the opportunity to learn the market and today's home trend. The amazing part about working at Rockland Flooring is that we not only offer flooring services, but also roofing, countertop and even general contracting that can handle single family to commercial property with over 15 years of experience. With such a great team at my side, I am ramping up funds to start investing in the Austin, TX and the surrounding areas.
