Newbie who is interested in learning about real estate investing, particularly buy and hold rental properties. Experience: None beyond personal home purchase Real Estate Goals: Would like to gradually acquire a steady stream of SFH for rental. Would like to purchase one rental home every year for the next five to ten years. We focus on single family student housing rentals in Tallahassee, FL. Eventually goal would be to have between five and ten cash flowing rental properties as part of an overall investment portfolio.
