I’m a general contractor who specializes in cabinetry. Familiar with installing flooring, millwork, roofing, and some other construction areas as well. Really wanting to get into fixing and flipping and/or holding. Very interested in partnering with someone who could cash buy a house that needs work and leave the repairing up to me so I too can build up cash and eventually buy and hold.
