BJ Gremillion

I’m the founder of Property Rush, a Chattanooga-based real estate investment and property management company. Over the years, I’ve helped investors acquire, renovate, lease, and manage rental properties across Tennessee and North Georgia. My passion is simplifying real estate investing through turnkey opportunities, flat-fee property management, and practical strategies that help investors build long-term wealth. Always happy to connect with fellow investors, share ideas, and discuss opportunities in the Chattanooga market.
