Bryan Mills

I live in Birmingham, AL (since late 2016), but was born and raised in the Fort Walton Beach/Destin area. I am an attorney practicing tax, opportunity zones, tax credit transactions, real estate finance and general business with previous experience in both commercial lending transactions and estates & trusts. My practice consists of primarily real estate projects, often with a significant historic rehabilitation component. I love my practice because I assist and advise developers, investors, nonprofits and companies on creative financing sources and maximizing tax benefits for their projects, and the projects are very impactful in the communities they serve. I have a finance degree from Auburn University, and attended University of Florida for law school and a masters of tax law.
