Nick Horob

I was raised in Williston, ND and currently live in Fargo, ND. I have a strong interest in cash flow-oriented investments. I spent 3 years working for a successful Minneapolis-based value-oriented private equity firm. I founded a farm financial analysis software company (Harvest Profit) in 2015 and sold it to John Deere in 2020. I now work for John Deere as a software product manager. I was a partner in four small apartment buildings but we divested them in 2019. My focus now is on passive investing. My long-term goal is to build a portfolio of cash generating assets (businesses, RE private equity, farmland, & other opportunities that come up).
