I worked in HUD Section 8 LIH as a Housing Specialist for 7 years. I started PT with a case load of only 60+ clients and ended FT employment with a caseload of over 400 clients. I also performed HUD Housing Quality Standard Inspections for 60+ clients yearly for over 5 years. I became over worked and was treated poorly. I left behind a pension and government insurance & retirement benefits to pursue my dream of Real Estate.
