Blaine Alger

I am a Baylor University Alum who graduated with a degree in Real Estate/Finance and I'm very passionate about the REI world. I enjoy enjoy sharing my knowledge with others while I continue to learn the industry. Right now my main area of focus is finding off market deals and creative/owner finance opportunities. I am slowly shifting my focus towards Land deals with the hopes of getting more involved with development. Feel free to reach out, I always enjoy talking some RE and networking with local investors to get a better understanding of local market conditions. Before starting out in the Central Texas market in Fall of 2020, I worked with some investors in Greenville, SC and helped them run acquisitions. I learned some invaluable skills while working for them and feel very comfortable talking with sellers. I also have a wealth of knowledge from the blogs, forums and podcast that I have found on BiggerPockets over the many years but i'm still constantly thriving to learn anything I can about the industry. My personal real estate goal is to have 3 rental properties one year after I graduate college. In my free time I enjoy being a white water raft guide, pretending to be a ski bum and playing basketball. I would like to use RE as a means to reach financial freedom so I can continue to do what I love and avoid getting a "big boy" job.
