I'm a Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department at a hospital in CA. Looking to get away from death and dying, 12hr shifts, and the w-2 lifestyle. I am transitioning into Real Estate Investing to provide me cash flow to eventually not have to work at the hospital full time. Most important to me is building lasting relationships with people whom I can trust. I’m a long distance investor from CA so I realize how important a great team is to make this work and am willing to do the work and pay the price to make it happen. While I'm saving up for the next deal I'm interested in free and clear, seller finance or Subject to existing mortgage deals for low or no money down. I'm willing to partner with someone with cash whos looking for a sweat equity partner! I have a vision of creating a business in Real Estate Acquisition, buying houses from motivated sellers. I love working with people and my years of leadership experience, MBA, and passion will help create a successful business.
