I bought my first property straight out of college and purchased 2 more before ever buying my own to live in. I'm always looking to expand portfolio of properties and knowledge; and make new connections. Experience: 2012 I purchased my first rental 3 months after college. I followed that up with my 2nd property two months later. 2013 Purchased 1 Rental 2014 Added 1 more rental property and completed my first total remodel to flip. 2015 Completed my first wholesale. Added 2 Rentals 2016 January Added 1 Rental Real Estate Goals: Growth in number and size of properties.
