Blake is a passionate real estate sales executive, property management leader, and entrepreneur. He has a unique perspective on the industry; over the years, Blake has held a range of leadership positions in property management and corporate housing industry. He is also a top real estate agent, who began his career as an associate residential appraiser. Blake is highly motivated and loves to encourage other businesses to succeed. As head of a consulting practice, he has supported many different types of businesses with sales training, executive management, and his favorite, culture adjustment. Blake is a fixer at heart and enjoys a challenge. With this combination of skills and interests, he has successfully led various companies and played instrumental roles in the growth and profitability of each one. Blake is the Principal and Founder of Hawthorne Carter Real Estate Services a property management firm based in Franklin, TN that specializes in tailored management packages for his clients. Further, Blake is also the Co-Founder of JM Partners a real estate investment firm that specializes in multi-family/apartment acquisitions. Originally from Portland, OR, Blake moved to Nashville in 2016 to pursue a career in music and real estate. While he was able to check off some bucket list items such as touring with notable musicians and cutting albums in world famous recording studios, he decided to commit his full attention to his real estate, property management, and consulting endeavors. Blake prides himself in seeking out new opportunities as well contributing to his community. When he’s not on the move, he enjoys being an advocate for the most vulnerable; Blake recently joined the board at Our Next, that builds and operates schools in Kenya, Africa.
