I then shifted my focus to become a buy and hold investor, where I specialize in acquiring and managing multi-family properties with 2-3 and 4+ units. Currently, I work with Reafco, a brokerage that shares my passion for investing in real estate. We specialize in multi-family properties, which provide opportunities for greater cash flow, economies of scale, and appreciation potential.
