Experience: I have had my real estate license and have worked as a Realtor since 2012 in Birmingham Al. I have flipped 5 properties and look to flip and buy/hold many more. I also have my Alabama Home Builders License. I have just recently moved into the rental market and currently have 8 units. Real Estate Goals: Build a sizable rental portfolio that allows my family financial independance. I will diversify our portfolio with a mix of residential multifamily and commercial while continue to flip each year to generate cash..
