Mobile Home Parks Experience: I have my own residential house (3rd one in over 17 years) I have tried to buy a property before back when Carlton Sheets was around, which worked, but the deal fell through, couldn't locate a buyer (was a wholesale deal). Real Estate Goals: Looking to purchase multi family, duplex 4 plex and small apartments, to help transition into for the years ahead. Currently Seeking: Would like to find individuals who have done these deals, and learn from them, and establish friendships with other investors.
