I am located in the DFW, TX area. My background is in building material sales and SFR wholesaling and fix and flips. I'm currently looking for 70-150 unit B & C class apartment complexes in DFW, TX; OKC/Norman, OK; and Waco/Temple, TX. My goal is to help my investors achieve their financial goals while providing the safest possible investment. My ultimate goal is to build an apartment portfolio that includes some multifamily properties to create enough cash flow and returns so that I can quit my full time job is sales by the end of 2020.
