I have been investing in real estate since 2006. I started out with no money, bad credit, and lots of energy. Having extensive experience in construction management helped immensely, as did having some very good mentors. Experience: I have done a couple of rehab/flip deals and will continue to mix in a few here and there. I prefer rehab/hold and that is our primary focus as we grow into larger multifamily and commercial deals. Real Estate Goals: To create passive cash flow that will allow me and my wife to be financially free by 2018. I can't say "retire" because we are both too motivated to fully retire, but we want to have the freedom to enjoy life at a young enough age that we can really enjoy life. We are building our money machine to allow that freedom. Currently Seeking: Right now we are looking for mobile home parks/manufactured housing communities in the Northeast. Our usual preferences apply where we are seeking something that needs some elbow grease to reach it's full potential.
