I have been investing for 20 years. I enjoy researching and investing in viable real estate markets around the country. I have learned and invested in 14 real estate markets around the U.S. I started in 2005 As one of the first turn-key companies in the country we have extensive experience running a turn-key investment firm. I started in real estate when i was 19 years old in Portland, Oregon. I was working as a plumbers laborer making $6/hr and had been saving money for 2 years with the plan to buy my first piece of real estate. I renovated it myself and one year later bought my first rental property. i grew my portfolio to 19 single family homes and in 2005 liquidated my portfolio to transition my investment capital into a real estate market where i could actually cash flow on investment property. After extensive market research I relocated my investment portfolio and myself to Charlotte, NC. I started a turn-key operation. My reason for starting it was based on demand from my fellow west coast colleagues who were in the same position of income Not covering the expenses on their rental property and wanting something better.
