Buy and hold real estate investor looking accumulate rental properties in cash flowing areas. Maybe do a flip or two.. I am a licensed home inspector serving Long Island, and work with many investors. I am currently investing in upstate NY purchasing buy and hold properties, as downstate, that is a challenge.
