Bo Baker

I am a Golf Professional and Class a Member of the PGA of America in Spokane, WA. I moved here in March of 2017 and have fallen in love with the Spokane Community. I have a unique situation in which I work 8-9 months out of the year, full time, and then have 3-4 months off in the winter time. I see this as an opportunity to purchase deals and start building my portfolio of rentals. I found BiggerPockets from my brother in Philidelphia, PA who recommended that I start reading and learning about real estate investing because he thought it fit my personality, he was right. Since that day I have purchased my house-hacking duplex, flipped a single family home with a business partner, and have started to grow my network with local Investors and Real Estate Gurus.
