Bob Berland

Bob Berland is 3rd generation President of Berland Communications, his family’s printing company founded in Chicago in 1928. The key to Berland Communications longevity has been its ability to leverage and successfully integrate people, technology and services. The Chicago based company is almost a century old. Bob is a 2x Olympian and Silver medalist in Judo. He also coached the 2004 Olympic Judo team in Athens Greece. When the City of Chicago bid to host the 2016 Olympic Games Bob was elected to the Chicago 2016 Board of Directors by bid Chairman & CEO, Patrick G. Ryan, and Mayor Richard M. Daley. He served on the Audit Committee, Co-Chaired the Athletes Committee, and was a member of the International Relations team. Bob currently sits on the Board of Directors for World Sport Chicago, the legacy organization from the Chicago 2016 Olympic bid effort. Experience: Real Estate is Bob's hobby. He is Founder of 'Real Estate Note Bank, which buy's real estate notes, mortgages, trust deeds, and contracts nationwide ! He has been purchasing 1st position lien notes for over 10 years primarily focusing on single family and small multi-family properties in non-judicial states.
