Bobby Nilsen

I've been studying real estate since 2005, started while attending college. I wasn't able to buy anything then, mainly due to being in the SF Bay Area (really a lame excuse). So I worked the 9-5 until I got tired of that and joined the military. Got out of the military and realized I needed to start working for myself. Since then my business partner and I have been investing heavy in the SF Bay Area, can be done starting with no money, and are always looking for more real estate to hold in our portfolio. I have been blessed and am living the dream.
