I am a recent State of Texas 'contract funding' employee (2 years now) with a BS in Finance and am looking to team up with an experienced investor to trade my labor for learning. I am hard-working, eager and willing to do what it takes to learn house flipping and real estate deal analyzing. I am free in the evenings after 6pm and on the weekends occasionally.
