By day a development manager for large multifamily, mixed use and hospitality developments, so I have a good background in construction, entitlement, design, and finance. My wife and I bought and renovated our current home, and then added an Airbnb in the basement. Now we are looking to begin building a portfolio of small SFH or MF investment properties in markets around DC, small towns with good fundamentals and rent to value ratios.
