The book Rich Dad Poor Dad convinced me and my wife that we needed to start building real assets. Our plan is to pass it down to our son who will be heading off to college this coming year. After college at UCLA I played professional baseball for 9 years. I started several businesses with moderate success. Still operating a couple of them while I create real estate assets.
