I have been involved in real estate for as long as I can remember. Having come from a family of real estate agents and investors, I worked my way through college in sales brokerage. As soon as I graduated, I joined one of the largest asset management companies in the world. The goal was to start large and progressively work within smaller organizations until starting my own company. Cumulative, I have acquired over 60 multifamily properties across the United States, representing over 12,000 units and $5 billion in value. To date, the average annual return across all investments is in excess of 32%. In 2015, I founded Vanamor and initially provided consulting services tailored to investment in multifamily properties.
