Career in IT, just getting started in Real Estate. Purchased, rehabbed, and rented my first unit in 2016/17 and my 2nd and 3rd in 2018. All 3 rented. Need to learn more about evaluating markets and navigating this changing market. Looking at BRRR as a strategy.
