New to investing. I do own two houses, out-of-area, that were my primary residence at one time. They are both leased out, with some positive cash flow. Not a ton though as they became rentals d/t economy and to keep me from losing money as opposed to the cash flow. I currently have two areas of interest: I am looking for investment opportunities... Like everyone else right?!?! And I'm also in need of an accountant. I do have some cash for a down payment and would like to possibly bring on a partner, or advisor to help accomplish my goals. Perhaps for an equity interest? But I'm open to suggestions. I look forward to learning from the collective wealth of information here on BP.
