A longtime investor in single family homes, wow, has it really been 30 years now? time flies... anyway, got out of that grind many years ago for various reasons, and I need to get back into real estate. Commercial multifamily is the plan of attack. Need to build or become part of a team. But, waiting a little until we are moved, hopefully, by first of November, to our new home in NW Missouri. Plan is to work 1-3 urban regions, and maybe the vacuum in between. Kansas City - Des Moines - Omaha (or maybe slightly west to Lincoln). I know, don't over extend. I am going to start in one area. :)
