Hi There! My name is Bob, Owner of FreeStand Home Solutions, LLC. Elevator Pitch: A Family man, married 11 years, 5 year old son, love studying the Bible, and hanging with family, including in-laws, and guilty pleasure is traveling. :) Professional - 15 years in sales, most recent Comcast Cable, serving as D2D sales manager. I left in 2019 because my real estate business had grew to a point where I knew it was time to put 100% "work time" in one place, vs divided. FreeStand is a corporate housing company, and we have an amazing team that has helped me get this company to where it's at now. In short, we have contracts with companies to use our homes for their employees etc, vs hotels. Average stay is 4 months. Average monthly rental is $6,500. 15-20 days vacant per year (avg), formula is working! 46 units currently, and now expanding outside Chicago in 2023! Our contracts are strong, and plentiful, and now it's time to capitalize and grow the brand stronger. I love talking all things real estate and meeting folks!
