A strong believer in income producing Real Estate for a portion of ones retirement portfolio. I also employ the use of properly structured loans from dividend paying High Cash Value Life Insurance policies to providing a funding source for tangible assets such real estate. Experience: Purchased Mixed Use and Residential Income producing properties. Real Estate Goals: For my wife and me to purchase between 10 and 20 income producing properties over the next decade and use them as a part of our retirement asset portfolio. We also wish to inspire young adults (our daughter being one of them!) on how to properly structure leverage to purchase income producing properties to build wealth safely toward the path of financial independence.
