Hi, my husband and I own 2 properties each with 2 units each. We have been managing rental property since 1997 when we bought our first duplex. It has been an interesting road, and we hope to expand into more units soon. Experience: I own 2 two family properties (4 units), We live in one of the units with our 2 kids that we have had since 1997. Our properties are in North Central Massachusetts. We also did a long flip of a single family unit in Vermont from 2001-2005 and sold a 2 family in Vermont we managed for 15 years. Real Estate Goals: Just sold one of our properties in order to free up money to purchase a building with 4 or more units in North Central Massachusetts. Currently Seeking: A possible partner for central Mass. suburban 4+ unit complex.
