About myself
I invest in cash-flow generating properties (SFR and multi-family) under 50k in the Midwest and South, my portfolio currently includes properties in Indiana, Illinois and Ohio, and I plan to acquire a lot more over the next 2-3 years to generate enough passive income to exceed my day job salary income.
