Started as a SFR investor in 2018. Invested and acquired 5 high quality SFRs In Houston, Dallas, Little Rock and Memphis. Mid 2021, I partnered with 3 more investors and we started purchasing Mobile Home Parks in NC. We currently own 3 parks with total of 73 pads. Our goal is to purchase at least 150+ pads in 2022 , and continue to grow through both JV and through syndications.
