I am an attorney, real estate broker and investor in Cambridge. Real estate investors have sought my counsel for a wide variety of issues, ranging from landlord / tenant matters to complex financing and capital raising. I own and manage a multi-family building in Cambridge. I successfully went through the zoning board process along with the construction phase to add an additional dwelling to the property. This recent project added significant forced appreciation. I am interested in adding to my rental portfolio and engaging with other real estate investors in the area.
