**Seeking to purchase my first 2-4 unit rental property by the end of 2023** I was born and raised in OC, CA. I played collegiate and professional baseball which moved me to Oahu, Canada, Italy, and Germany. I believe out-of-state investing is best for me to begin my investment journey. A few markets I'm interested in are Knoxville, Tamp Bay, and Chattanooga. I am interested in acquiring 2-4 more units to be at 5 doors by the end of 2025. I am interested in mid-term rentals (for travel nurses and business professionals), and long-term rentals. Ultimately, I want a scalable portfolio and would love to own 15 doors by 2030.
