Real estate investor and business owner. I've flipped and developed 15 homes, as well as own 55 doors across six rental properties and two states (WA & AZ). I endured the life-sucking corporate America path for ten years and broke out in the fall of 2018 to pursue real estate full-time. It was three short-term rentals in the mountain town of Leavenworth, WA that provided me the income I needed to make the jump, and for the next three years I devoted my life to their success. 100 five star reviews later on Airbnb and Vrbo, I was making double what I had made in my previous corporate job, and I knew I was never going back. Fast-forward to today... I flip and build a handful of homes per year, manage my rentals while adding more when the opportunity presents itself, and get to spend as much time as I want with my family and friends. I keep my business small because I want it that way. I didn't get into real estate for Lambos, I did it for the freedom this lifestyle provides. I also realize this is a financially dangerous and stressful business, and as they say, more money more problems, so I keep it manageable, intentionally. At this point, my goal is to slowly grow my portfolio and income while protecting the wealth I've created.
