I am an outgoing adventure type person. I love family, fun and life. I have 18 years sales/management /buyer/ trainer experiance. 3 years data analysis experience that includes forecasting and account management. Experience: I started my journey on bigger pockets and studied investing pretty hard in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. I had an accidental flip on my first home using a FHA 203k loan. Rehabbed the property and raised the equity 40k and selling the house 2 years later. That started my passion for real estate. I went and got my Realtors liscence in May of 2014 and have been attacking the market. I work with investors and invest in properties myself. Update: 2020... Since I wrote the above information, I started year one with a goal of 12 flips... We did 10 in 2018. Year 2 was 24 flips, We did 16. 2020 is year 3, and our goal is 36 flips, We currently have 13 properties and we are 2 months in. Update: 2025: It's cool looking back and seeing the updates above and where I was. To date, I have personally done 75+ flips, acquired 5 rental properties, and have helped investors (flip/wholesale/buy & Hold/novate/ Sub-to) 100's of homes.
