My family has recently started an aggressive series of steps to pay down our consumer debt. I am married with a toddler and we are doing just better than paycheck to paycheck and are looking to improve our situation. I hope that I can learn as much as possible about real estate investing so that down the road, when we are free of our wasteful debts, I can steer my attention towards investing and wealth building.
