I have been involved with real estate since building my first duplex in 2002 at the age of 24. I have steadily built, bought, traded my way to 18 units and was able to quit my regular job using real estate as the backbone of the income needed. I have a construction and engineering background and have been trying to build my portfolio as quickly as possible. The foreclosure deals have dried up here in South Central Indiana and am again looking to build new properties to expand. I have built 2 brand new SFR units in the last two years and look to build a couple more until the market softens a little.
